Making everyone else’s workforce experience easier by keeping the flow of screens moving from coating and cleaning to organizing, Leonard prides himself in being a valued role model to the young employees.

CAMERON BUTLER, a workplace gentle giant, is the press operator and design artist in Adobe and Photoshop Pro.  With his calming instruction, Cameron, who definitely works well with younger employees, has been an excellent addition to the team.

Minds Behind The Creations

A graduate of Delta Community College, GENERAL MANAGER CRYSTAL BRANSON executes QuesTECH Spectrum’s mission daily. Branson became a believer in QT Learning when her son Van, who will graduate high school this year, was diagnosed with autism and became a QTL student. “I enjoy training these young people in not only creating t-shirts but also teaching them vital lessons to become better equipped to handle daily challenges and skills in other workplaces,” Branson commented.

Donna Underwood has been the executive director of QuesTECH Learning in Monroe, LA, for twenty-six years.  QuesTECH concentrates on each learner’s individual needs for grades 2-12.  Some of QTL’s learners have been identified as having particular learning challenges while some have found that they simply do not excel in a traditional school setting.  QTL is accredited by Cognia and is approved by the Louisiana Department of Education. QT Spectrum is the most recent addition to the school’s mission: Achieving Maximum Potential . . . Becoming Productive Citizens.
Before joining the staff of QuesTECH Learning, Underwood taught high school English and was the upper school coordinator at River Oaks School.  Underwood holds a BA from Southeastern Louisiana University and a M.Ed. from Northeast Louisiana University.

ACT Preparation in English /Reading remains an area of expertise for Underwood, who continues to present ACT workshops to high school students throughout Northeast Louisiana.
The author of three books—Quest for Success, Dr. John Charles Cooksey:  A Memoir, and Donna’s Life Stories — Underwood enjoys her QuesTECH eighth grade language classes as she teaches her students the power of words.
Underwood rejoices daily with her son Geoffrey and wife Robin, both educators.  Her four grandchildren include Grace (Zach) Smith, Emma, Roger, and Melaya. Great granddaughter Harper Kate’s smiles have brought joy to all.
